Once payment is received — whether in full or partial — for the purchase of an electric scooter, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to payments made directly by the customer or through third-party financing.
2. Pre-Purchase Assurance
Before making any payment:
- Customers are encouraged to view and test drive the specific scooter they intend to purchase.
- Our team ensures the scooter is presented in working condition and is available for inspection and trial.
- The customer has the full right to evaluate and clarify all features prior to confirming the purchase.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If a scooter is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect or damage:
- Our technical team will inspect the issue.
- Upon verification, defective parts will be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- No refund will be made in place of part replacement.
4. Payment Terms
- SSECO MOTORS does not accept booking advances for EV scooter purchases.
- Scooters are sold only upon full payment either by the customer or through an approved financer on behalf of the customer.
- Any amount paid — whether partial or full — will be treated as final and non-refundable.
5. Voluntary Purchase Clause
SSECO MOTORS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED does not compel or force any buyer to proceed with a purchase. Payment made towards a scooter implies voluntary agreement by the purchaser to the terms of sale and this refund policy.
